Halloween is creeping up, and it’s time to let your creativity shine! Our 6th Annual “Best Dressed” Shred Bin Contest is here — and this year’s theme is Shred the Dead. Don’t worry, you can go spooky, silly, or sweet! From creepy skeletons and haunted houses to pumpkins, costumes, or playful Halloween fun, all festive ideas are welcome.

Key Dates:

• Contest Opens: September 5, 2025

• Final Entry Deadline: October 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM

• Voting for “Most Liked Bin” Ends: October 27, 2025, at 5:00 PM (based on combined Facebook & Instagram reactions)

• Winners Announced: October 30–31, 2025

How to Win:

• Spooktacular Standout – Voted on by the Ace Data Storage Team for creativity and originality

• Wickedly Original – For the entry that is uniquely fun, creepy, or imaginative

• Fan Favorite – The entry photo with the most combined likes on Facebook & Instagram by 5:00 PM, October 27th (Tip: Share and encourage friends to like the original post!)

Winners will receive a phone call and/or a surprise visit with a plaque and a gift basket! If your office is closed on October 30–31, don’t worry — we’ll deliver your prize when you return.
