Facilities
Our single-tenant facility meets all local fire and life safety code requirements. Smoking is strictly prohibited within our office, warehouse, and vehicles to ensure a safe environment for all.
Security
The facility is fully secured with a perimeter fence topped with barbed wire and accessed through electronic gates. We are protected around the clock by advanced electronic alarm systems monitored by a central service station. These alarms include contact and motion detectors for comprehensive intrusion protection. Additionally, state-of-the-art fire detection systems are in place to safeguard our property.
Staff
All employees at Ace Data Storage undergo a rigorous hiring process, including a written application, personal interview, and reference verification. Our drivers are subject to additional DOT regulations, including annual DMV reports, physical examinations, and random drug and alcohol testing. Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement before starting work to ensure the highest level of trust and security.
